Why Totalpetals
Flowers are never picked off the ground. They come from partner farms at night, and we clean, sort and pack them by hand. Subscriptions pause any time.

Significance in pooja
Marigold (genda)Offered to Ganesha, Lakshmi and Vishnu. Its saffron colour stands for surrender and auspicious beginnings; strung into torans for doorways.
Chrysanthemum (shevanti)Offered to Lakshmi and Ganesha, and used in Diwali rangoli. Keeps fresh for two to three days.
Tulsi (holy basil)Sacred to Vishnu. No Vishnu, Krishna or Satyanarayan pooja is complete without a tulsi leaf. Never offered to Ganesha.
Care & freshness
Keep in the pack in the fridge if not using at once. Sprinkle water on marigold and chrysanthemum. Use tulsi and bel the same day. Lasts 2 days refrigerated.
Questions people ask
When should I order for a morning pooja?
Order by 8 pm. We pack at 4 am and the morning slot reaches you between 6 and 8 am.
How does a subscription pause work?
Pick a from and to date in My subscriptions, at least 12 hours before a delivery. Paused days are added to the end of your plan, up to 30 days per plan.
What if the flowers are not fresh?
Send a photo on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery. We replace in the next slot or credit the full amount.
How are the flowers handled?
Never picked off the ground. Flowers reach our hub at night; each pack is cleaned, sorted and packed by hand in a clean room, then kept chilled until the rider leaves in your slot.
